Medical Checkup information (type, validity, MEDEX document custodian, clinic, OHD name, blood type)
Training records
PCG Turnaround Generic HSE Induction
PCG Plant Specific HSE Induction
PETRONAS Gas Berhad (PGB) safety briefing
Specific Competency Training (inclusive of E-Vetting, OGSP, CCA, CIDB Act 520 records)
